In metal injection molding and powder metallurgy processes, one of the most important steps that determines the quality of a good after raw material is the mold manufacturing. At this point, molds are designed with professionals and necessary precision is provided in our tool shop equipped with high technology.

 In cases where high precision and production speed are required, the necessary process is carried out in our wire EDM department within our factory.

 The production and maintenance of the molds of each department within our factory are carried out within our own structure. In addition, molds can be produced for many other companies on a contract basis.

  Under the brand of Sinterci custom manufacturing can be made in Sinter Bronze Bushes, Sinter Bronze Filter products in demanded dimensions and geometry.

  Thanks to our mold production facility, CNC machining center, Wire and Die Sinking EDM we can produce our own molds.
